BharatSanskriti works with a motto of uniting Indian people, particularly the Indian community, to gather and celebrate various festivals and also serves as a community center where elderly people can gather for socialization, conduct classes for kids, and encourage the active participation of members. The association organizes various social and cultural events and festivals that reflects various regions of India.This helps our younger generation to have awareness towards our culture and tradition though we are away from home.

The Bharat Sanskriti Organization is an umbrella organization with various chapters based on geographic locations. Various committees within each chapter can be created that meets specific local needs of the community. As an example the South Jersey chapter of Bharat Sanskriti organization particularly focuses on people residing in the Burlington and Camden County areas and services following townships: Cherry Hill, Voorhees, Evesham, Mount Laurel, Willingboro, Medford, Moorestown, Maple Shade, Delran, Cinnaminson, Florence, Bordentown Township, Southampton, Mount Holly.
